Runner of the month: Jemma Bates

Well Done Jemma Bates on scooping our runner of the month award for May

She has got stuck in both running & banter wise and has been a brilliant addition to the team!! She ran her fastest 5k this year with us in a training session which in return will help her long term goals of ultra marathons
